Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott at Notre Dame Prepares for Grand Opening

SOUTH BEND, Ind., June 8 /PRNewswire/ — Excitement is building as the Fairfield
Inn & Suites by Marriott at Notre Dame makes final preparations for a June 15th
opening. This event will come a full two months ahead of schedule and in plenty
of time for the kickoff of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Football season. The
hotel, built by White Lodging in partnership with Kite Realty Group, will be the
first nationally-affiliated first class hotel near the campus.

Located directly across from Notre Dame Stadium, the Fairfield Inn & Suites by
Marriott will have 119 guestrooms, 52 of which are oversized suites including
separate sleeping and living areas. Upgrades to the exterior and interior design
reflect this coveted address adjacent to the University. The hotel is a
component of Eddy Street Commons at Notre Dame – a 600,000-plus square foot
mixed-use development led by Kite Realty Group. This prime location includes
