Opportunity Abounds as TKE Partners with GreekBill

INDIANAPOLIS, July 5, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Tau Kappa Epsilon
International Fraternity and GreekBill, Inc. are joining forces to assist
collegiate members in chapter financial operations. Their more than 280 chapters
and colonies in the United States and Canada are being offered advanced Internet
tools and systems to deliver financial solutions. Approximately 30 chapters are
already on this system and they hope to increase this number significantly over
the coming months.

“Building Better Men for a Better World requires that we maximize our time on
education, service and brotherhood,” said Steven A. Ramos, TKE Chief Executive
Officer and former IBM Executive. “Technology can help by improving
productivity, speeding communication, reducing overall costs and providing
better service. We have looked at several systems and GreekBill’s technology
platform fits our needs and goals for today and into the future. The tools
included provide far more function than just billing.”

GreekBill’s web-based financial management system will enhance TKE chapters’
ability to budget with various tools, process online payments, produce tax
filings, and manage the accounts. This will allow members to concentrate on the
big picture items to increase their overall impact on the chapter, campus and
community.

“Our philosophy has always been to listen to our client’s needs, innovate on
their behalf and deliver solutions they require,” said Rob Hammond, Founder and
CEO of GreekBill. “Through our partnership, we believe our system is a showcase
to the Greek community on how implementation can comprehensively manage all
aspects of a chapter’s financials while assisting both the chapter and
international organization.”

The agreement is effective immediately.
