Steven Leinbach Recognized By Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide Publication

Indiana, has been included in the Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide Edition for
his outstanding contributions and achievements in the pharmaceutical field.

ABOUT STEVEN LEINBACH

Mr. Leinbach has had more than 23 years of experience in the pharmaceutical
industry. He is currently serving as Senior Quality Engineer with Capsugel, a
manufacturer of hard, two-piece gelatin capsules. He is responsible for
assisting customers with the application of products. Mr. Leinbach received his
B.S. in Chemistry, from Purdue University, in 1978 and an M.S. in Bioanalysis
Chemistry, from Ohio State University, in 1981. He is a Certified Quality
Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Reliability Engineer and a
Certified Manager Quality/Operational Excellence, all through the American
Society for Quality, of which he is a member, as well as a member of the
American Chemical Society. Mr. Leinbach has had major career accomplishments in
that he implemented the use of solid core HPLC columns, which resulted in a 50%
reduction in solvent use and waste generation. He also developed and validated
an analytical method for propylene chlorohydrins in hypromellose and for
melamine in raw materials using HPLC with UV detection. Mr. Leinbach currently
resides in Greenwood, South Carolina, with his wife, Jill, and their three
children, Ashley, Jessica and Tyler, where he enjoys bicycling, music and
photography.
