Parke County, Indiana Upgrades with Manatron Software

PORTAGE, Mich., Dec. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire/ — Manatron, Inc.,a global leader in
providing integrated property tax and records management software for state and
local governments, today announced that the Parke County, IN recorder’s office
has upgraded to Manatron’s GRM Recorder software. Parke County’s upgrade from
Manatron’s legacy system marks the first GRM Recorder implementation in the
state of Indiana.

GRM Recorder offers a comprehensive, enterprise-level solution for land records
management, automated recording and indexing operations, and will provide Parke
County with an updated technology platform to more efficiently serve its
constituents.

Management team, this easily customizable and Microsoft .NET-based software is
expected to be live in early 2011.

Parke County is located in west central Indiana and has a population of
approximately 20,000. The county recorder’s office will utilize GRM Recorder
software to process the large amount of documents they receive on a monthly
basis.
