Eastlund Promoted to Director of Sales at Pennsylvania Property

MERRILLVILLE, Ind., Feb. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — White Lodging announced the
recent promotion of Kaitlyn Eastlund to the Director of Sales at the Courtyard
by Marriott in Collegeville Pennsylvania.

A graduate of Ball State University with a degree in advertising and public
relations, Eastlund most recently was the Sales Manager for the Courtyard by
Marriott in Fort Wayne.

White Lodging acquired the management contract for the Collegeville property in
November 2010 through a contract with the property’s owner, Apple Real Estate
Investment Trust (REIT). As the Director of Sales, Eastlund will be responsible
for overseeing the sales staff and ensuring the growth of the hotel’s market
share.
