White Lodging Moves into Nebraska Market with Addition of Omaha Hotel

MERRILLVILLE, Ind., Sept. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Through an agreement with
Apple Real Estate Investment Trust, White Lodging has assumed the management
contract of the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Omaha/Old Market. This marks White
Lodging’s first foray into the Nebraska market and brings the total number of
properties in the company’s portfolio to 156.

Farrell comes to the Omaha property from the White Lodging’s Westin hotel in
