PwC Announces Leadership Appointments in Indianapolis and Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana Market

INDIANAPOLIS, June 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — PwC US announced today that Greg A.
Chester has been named managing partner of the firm’s Indianapolis office,
effective July 1, 2011. He will direct the strategy and operations of PwC in the
Indiana market. Mr. Chester succeeds Jeff Fusile, who is joining WellPoint this
month as the senior vice president and chief financial officer of the company’s
operating unit.

In a related development, Muhammad Hassan will assume the new role of PwC’s
Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana Market Advisory leader. In this position, Mr. Hassan will
continue to provide consulting services to clients in the Indianapolis market
and lead the Advisory practice in Kentucky and Ohio, as well.

Mr. Chester is an assurance partner who has served as global engagement partner
for a number of PwC’s private and public company clients. He began his career in
1990 with Arthur Andersen in Indianapolis and was admitted to the PwC
partnership in 2002. Mr. Chester has extensive client service experience having
worked on numerous equity and debt offerings, including initial public
offerings, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and other types of transactions.
Mr. Chester is also PwC’s firm-wide relationship partner for Indiana University,
his alma mater.

Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Indiana CPA Society. He resides with
his wife, Tiffany, and children in the Fortville, Indiana area.
