Prosolia, Inc. and Mess- und Analysengerate GmbH Enter Into an Exclusive Agreement

INDIANAPOLIS, June 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Under the terms of the deal, GSG
Mess- und Analysengerate GmbH will market and distribute Prosolia’s Omni Spray®
DESI technology and all related consumables to customers in Germany, Austria and
Switzerland.
