NiSource Declares Quarterly Common Dividend

MERRILLVILLE, Ind., Aug. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — The Board of Directors of
NiSource Inc. (NYSE: NI) today approved a quarterly common dividend payment of
23 cents per share payable Nov. 18, 2011, to stockholders of record at the close
of business Oct. 31, 2011.
