JFNew Co-Brands Under Cardno Name To Reflect Expanded Global Network
WALKERTON, Ind., May 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — JFNew, a leader in full-service
ecological consulting and restoration services, announced today that it has
co-branded to Cardno JFNew. The co-brand reflects the December 2010 merger with
Cardno Limited (ASX: CDD), a global provider of physical and social
infrastructure services. Cardno, with its corporate office based in Queensland,
Australia, has more than 150 offices worldwide and more than 4,000 employees.
Will Ditzler, President of Cardno JFNew, stated, “Joining the Cardno family of
companies has already provided significant value to our clients and employees
through our expanded resources, geographic locations, and capabilities. We will
continue to deliver great quality service to our clients with expanded service
offerings, and we are pleased to co-brand our company to Cardno JFNew to further
reflect this new relationship.”
The Cardno portfolio of companies provides Cardno JFNew and its clients with a
much broader range of services, including greater depth in natural resource
science, engineering, and related consulting services. Also, Cardno’s leadership
in social infrastructure opens a new gateway for Cardno JFNew to provide
critical support to developing communities and those adversely affected by
natural disasters and conflict.
Michael Renshaw, President of Cardno USA, remarked, “Broadening our capabilities
in the ecological consulting and environmental restoration realm is a natural
extension of Cardno’s core infrastructure business and allows us to better serve
the growing needs of our clients. Adding Cardno JFNew’s core competencies in
wetlands, wildlife, ecological restoration, and native plants is a strategic
addition to the Cardno portfolio of services.”
Cardno JFNew becomes the third Cardno company in the last 12 months to join the
Cardno USA environmental platform. Cardno ENTRIX and Cardno ERI are also Cardno
subsidiaries that have distinct yet complementary environmental resources and
capabilities. The addition of Cardno JFNew significantly expands Cardno’s North
American presence and furthers Cardno’s leadership position in the environmental
and natural resources consulting arena.
Mr. Ditzler added, “Cardno JFNew clients are seeing immediate client service
benefits from our merger, as we have combined resources with Cardno ENTRIX on
multiple client engagements. For clients who do not currently need the
additional resources, we have demonstrated that our same team is available to
meet their needs, and the level of service they have come to expect will
continue under our new brand.”
