Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale North Added to White Lodging’s Arizona Portfolio of Properties

it has signed its 33rd contract with Apple Real Estate Investment Trust when the
company added the Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale North/Perimeter Center to its
hotel management portfolio.

The 122-room hotel is White Lodging’s fifth property in the Phoenix area and is
situated on Scottsdale’s growing north side. Within walking distance to several
top-tier businesses in the Perimeter Center complex, the hotel is easily
accessible to the Scottsdale Airport and Airpark and the Mayo Clinic Hospital.
