CTI Group Reports Second Quarter 2011 Results
INDIANAPOLIS, Aug. 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — CTI Group (Holdings) Inc.
(OTCBB:CTIG), an international provider of electronic invoice processing and
management (EIM), enterprise communications management software and services
solutions, and carrier class voice over internet protocol (VoIP) management
applications, reported results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2011.
Revenues for the three and six months ended June 30, 2011 increased to
$4,000,590 and $8,116,956, respectively, as compared to revenues for the three
and six months ended June 30, 2010 of $3,578,032 and $7,518,089, respectively.
The Company reported a net loss for the three and six months ended June 30, 2011
of $(281,698) and $(624,214), respectively, or $(0.01) and $(0.02) per share,
respectively, as compared to a net loss of $(447,519) and $(670,650),
respectively, or $(0.02) and $(0.02) per share, respectively, for the three and
six months ended June 30, 2010. The increase in revenues and decrease in net
losses for the three and six months ended June, 2011 was primarily attributable
to increases in demand from UK operations.
