Bradley Joins CNO Financial Group as Vice President, Actuary

CARMEL, Ind., March 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — CNO Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE:
CNO) announced that John M. Bradley has joined the company as Vice President,
Product Management, Medicare Markets. He will report to Dick Garner, Senior Vice
President of Product Management, Health.

Bradley joins CNO from Combined Insurance Company, where he served as Vice
President, Actuary and Director. He was responsible for leading actuarial
initiatives in the product, financial and risk management areas, including those
for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement product lines. In addition,
Bradley has held actuarial positions at Washington National Insurance Company
and MetLife.

Bradley earned a BBA in actuarial science from the University of Wisconsin. He
is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of
Actuaries and a Chartered Life Underwriter.
