Mr. Kraemer has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field. He is
currently Owner and Sole Practitioner of The Law Office of Andrew L. Kraemer, in
Merrillville, Indiana. He practices commercial, foreclosure, reorganization and
bankruptcy law. His former employment included serving as a Law Clerk for the
Hon. Harry C. Dees, Jr., U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Northern District of Indiana,
from 1989-1990, Deputy City Attorney, City of South Bend, Indiana, 1990-1992, a
General Practice Associate Attorney in South Bend, Indiana, from 1990-1994,
General Corporate Counsel for the Thomas Companies, Highland, Indiana, from
1994-1996, as well as an Attorney for the law firms of Unterberg & Associates,
P.C., and Burke Costanza & Cuppy, LLP, both from Merrillville, Indiana, from
1996-1999 and 1999-2007, respectively. Mr. Kraemer received an A.A. from
